Panic attacks are no joke. If you experienced them, or experience them regularly, you know the severity of their impact. Me, like you, have panic attacks regularly enough to have learned a thing or too about managing them and trying to prevent them from escalating.
A few days ago, I felt compelled to create an infographic listing the coping mechanisms that I have found to be most helpful.
As I mentioned at the bottom of my infographic, I am not a doctor and nothing I say should be considered over a doctor’s opinion. My tips are based off of my own doctor’s visits, counseling sessions, and personal experience.
